- • What is your workout schedule?
1 hour Semi-Private Training are offered every hour on the hour during our operating hours:
Monday - Thursday: 5:00am - 8:00pm
Friday: 5:00am - 6:00pm
Saturday: 8:00am - 12:00pm
Group coaching is unlimited. Offered M-F at 5:45 am, 9:15 am, 5:15 pm, 6:15pm
Sat: 8:15 am, 9:15 am, 10:15 am, (times vary by day and location, ask a coach for details)
- • Do I have to workout everyday for 5 weeks?
No. We do recommend that during the 5 weeks you workout on the program for 3-4 sessions per week for BEST results.
- • If I am out of shape can I still do the program?
Yes, we have modifications for every exercise and we can scale the workouts to your fitness level.
- • Does it include a nutrition plan too?
Yes, through Precision Nutrition we will tell you exactly what and when to eat so you can easily reach your goals.
