I always knew that exercise was important, but I never knew WHAT to do. Not only that, I didn't have the DISCIPLINE to do it anyways. I had a shoulder injury that was causing me PAIN and restricting my movement. I needed a CHANGE.

Only 1 year in and I do things people HALF my age CAN'T! The coaches are very QUALIFIED and always fun; I look forward to my workouts. My shoulder is pain free and I have FULL range of motion.
I'm CONFIDENT in my body and am able to keep toned. This is worth EVERY penny.
