That was ME!
I train in Taekwondo, and the younger students were starting to OUTPACE me.
I needed more strength; a workout that could target EACH muscle equally.

Since R3 my KICKS are more powerful, and I can FEEL the strength in my arms & legs!
Scheduling this time for ME is invaluable.
I'm always challenged with NEW exercises, and with a coach watching me, I KNOW I'm doing it right!
I love the camaraderie of working out with others.
