I have been athletic and have trained my entire life. In the past few years, I have bounced between crossfit, kickboxing, mountain biking hockey, etc.
I believe that I am in the best "total body" shape of my life.
I've found that I am stronger and more stable when playing hockey, hiking, participating in mud races, and other athletic activities. I'm amazed at how much strong my legs and core have become. Although in the past I've have shoulder and lower back problems, the trainers worked with me on how to train while avoiding injury.
