"I'm inspired to be at MY best!"
Those who know me can tell you I am a very active, high energy person.
I teach hours of aerobic classes each week, but noticed "holes" in MY own training program.
Focusing on others meant I didn't prioritize ME! I wanted to train hard, but not feel BEAT UP after.

With R3 I get a workout that is just for ME and MY goals! They motivate and ADJUST to where I am THAT day. They even help balance my workout week; making sure I am not over training between all my classes and training. I have tried other training in the past, NOTHING is this good!
