I have been training with R3 Fitness for a year and a half, and I appreciate my results every day!
I have more mobility, faster run times, and I've started doing obstacle course races. The energy boost I get from weight training has been fantastic (and the extra strength isn't so bad either!). The coaches are knowledgeable, energetic, encouraging, and wonderful to work with!

I take full advantage of all that R3 Fitness has to offer. The group coaching schedule, that's included with my training, makes it easy to get even more out of my program. All the sessions with R3 are fun, go by quickly and fit easily into my busy life. It's been a big stress reliever and I feel healthier than ever before.
