As someone who has a somewhat sporadic history with exercise, I didn't know what I wanted from a gym.
I had some back pain and didn't know if I could keep up with everyone else.
When my friend signed up for R3 and asked me to join her I thought, why not?
I'll say that in 5 months, I'm amazed at what I've accomplished at R3 Fitness!
I have lost weight, sure, but I feel stronger and have much better endurance as well!
My back pain is much better, go to the gym regularly, I eat better; I love the entire R3 Fitness experience!
