Hot dogs and cheeseburgers are just some of the distractions you may find at a BBQ. Plan ahead, do not count on their being healthy choices at the event, BRING YOUR OWN. Something easy would be putting some of your favorite vegetables, in a folded piece of tinfoil, along side some of the steak or chicken at the event.(EX: Green beans, bell peppers, onion, zucchini and squash. Ingredients: * 1 head cauliflower * 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese shredded * 1/2 cup parmesan cheese shaved * 1 large egg * 1/2 tablespoon minced garlic * 1/2 tablespoon fresh basil chopped * 1/2 tablespoon fresh italian flat-leaf parsley chopped * 1 teaspoon salt * 1/2 teaspoon black pepper * 3/4 cup mozzarella cheese shredded Instructions: 1.
